Q2 I’m having problems logging on to myICC. What do I do from here?
Firstly you can try refreshing the website and logging in again. If this does not work you should delete all cookies from your computer. To do this in Internet Explorer click on Tools, then Internet Options and then Delete Cookies. Try logging in again. If problems persist please call the helpdesk on +44 (0)20 8481 8855.
Q3 I have questions regarding the prices and turnaround on your products. How do I get more information?
Turnaround and prices vary depending on a number of factors. These include elements like the kind of information that is required and a company’s country of origin. If you call the helpdesk on +44 (0)20 8481 8855, we will gladly help with your enquiries.
Q4 I should have received my report by now and it has not arrived yet. What could be the problem?
You should firstly check the inbox of your registered email address. If it is not there, please check your desktop in the ICC product you are using, whether that be myICC Business Information, myICC Credit Management, Aquila or Juniper.
If your report has not appeared in either then you will need to call our helpdesk on +44 (0)20 8481 8855 so that we can investigate further.
